fPOE

Jag och ett gäng med tjejer som kommer från vitt skilda delar av världen håller på att sätta ihop en fotobok tillsammans. Det som förenar oss är att vi säljer våra bilder på Etsy. Vår grupp heter fPOE (femalePhotographersOfEtsy). Många utav mina favoritfotografer som jag ser upp till och beundrar är med i boken. Tänk att lilla jag från Sverige får vara med i samma bok som dom! Jag kan knappt tro att det är sant! :-) Vi har ett regnbågstema och alla fick fyra olika färger tilldelade. Jag fick gul, lila, vit och rosa. Jag skickade in ett antal bilder och sedan har en jury bestämt vilka bilder som får vara med. Här är mina fyra bilder som ska vara med i boken:

Me and a bunch of girls from all over the world are working on a photo book together. We sell our photos on Etsy. Our group are called fPOE (femalePhotographersOfEtsy). Many of my favourite photographers are in this project too. I feel so lucky to be a part of this cool group! We have rainbow theme and I got the colours yellow, purple, white and pink. Here are my pictures that are going to be in the book and were picked out by the jury:

Underbaraclaras Jul

Idag fick jag tidningen Claras Jul i brevlådan. Underbaraclara är en tjej som bloggar om pyssel, mat, kläder mm, med en liten vintage touch till det hela. Jag hörde en intervju med henne på radion för ett tag sedan och då beskrev hon sig som en tant i en ung flickas kropp. Hon har åsikter om det mesta och är både älskad och hatad. Kolla in hennes blogg och bilda dig en egen uppfattning.

Jag tror det finns tidningar kvar om du vill beställa, den kostar 20:- Den är fylld med en massa pyssel och inredningsidéer helt i min smak! Jag älskar att sitta vid köksbordet och läsa tidningar och fika :-)

Storasyster & lillebror

De här söta syskonen fotade jag för ett tag sedan. Den lilla killen var helt underbar, bara log hela tiden!

Fåtöljen och gunghästen har jag fått låna av Lena på Nära & Kära. En av fördelarna med att dela lokaler med en barnbutik är att det finns så mycket rekvisita att låna! Tack Lena!

Behind the scenes

Idag var Jenny Plantin från tidningen Evelina här och gjorde reportage. Det var jättespännande tyckte både jag och min dotter! Extra roligt var det att följa fotografen för att se hur hon jobbade. Jag hade tusen frågor till henne, både om utrustning och hur det var att jobba som nyhetsfotograf. Jag var nog rätt jobbig… :-) Vi kommer att vara med i julnumret den 18 december. Hoppas jag kan visa er några bilder från reportaget så småningom.

Today the magazine Evelina was here. It was very exciting. It was fun to see how the photographer worked, I had thousand of questions about her equipment and her work as a news photographer. We are going to be in the magazine the 18th of December. Hopefully I can show you some pictures later.

Coola syrror!

Dom här coola syrrorna var så otroligt kul att fota! Dom hade egna idéer om hur de ville bli fotograferade, hittade på olika poser och var väldigt samarbetsvilliga. Det uppskattas! Och resultatet blev ju så bra, eller vad tycker ni?

These cool sister was so much fun to photograph. They had so much ideas and was very cooperative. That is really appreciated! And the result turned out really nice, or what do you think?

A corner from our living room

Idag har jag suttit framför datorn nästan hela dagen och bildbehandlat. Tack gode gud för Spotify, det gäller att ha bra musik när man jobbar! Jag jobbar med mina porträttbilder som jag har fotat de senaste veckorna, hoppas kunna visa några bilder här på bloggen så fort jag fått ok av föräldrarna. Jag har fotat så många supergulliga barn! Här får ni se ett hörn från vardagsrummet istället, i väntan på barnen :-)

Today I’ve been working on the computer, editing photos. Thank god for Spotify, it’s important to have really good music when you are working! I’m editing the portraits I’ve been shooting the last couple of weeks. Hopefully I can show you some pictures of the super cute kids as soon as I get an OK from the parents. In the meantime I show you a corner from our living room :-)

Mysiga lampor (Cozy lamps)

Jag har ju skrivit på engelska här på bloggen men nu tänkte jag skriva både på engelska o svenska. Hälften av mina läsare är från Sverige och andra hälften är från övriga världen.

Dom här mysiga lamporna kommer från Nära & Kära som jag delar lokal med. Svamplampan står i lekstugan och kaninlampan i min dotters rum.

I’ve been writing in English here on my blog but now I will be blogging in both Swedish and English. Half of my readers are from Sweden and the other half is from the rest of the world.

The cozy lamps are from the shop Nära & Kära, were I have my little photo studio. The mushroom lamp is in the playhouse and the cute little bunny is in my daughters room.

Before & After

Prepare your self! The "before" picture can make you blind!
;-) This is a corner in our kitchen, we painted the walls and ceiling white. And now we want to have a new floor, new kitchen cupboards and new kitchen tiles and so on… That is the problem when you change something, the rest looks so dark and ugly!

Bad blogger

I have not blogged for a week! And the reason for that is that I have been working my butt off! I have been photographing a bunch of people, both children and grown ups. And taking care of my little Etsy business. I have been to my local printer, packaging Christmas cards, editing pictures and manage to squeeze in a visit to the Stockholm Photo Fair. To dad

Today it is Father’s Day here in Sweden. I visited my dad today to celebrate him. We had some cake and he wanted me to take some pictures of his amazing flower Angel's Trumpet. So here it is dad!

A couple of years ago I did this card to my father. It is a photo of him and me, and a poem about being a father. He is only 23 years old in this picture! The photo is from the early 70’s as you maybe already discovered, judging by the clothes…

All Saint's day

This weekend we have visited the cemetery, been to a birthday party, been to a restaurant and a movie. And we have got so much done, I wish all weekends could be like this. And of course we had time to paint the nails with black nail polish! This weekend we had All Saint's day here in Sweden, and it happened together with Halloween this year. Halloween is a fairly new phenomenon here in Sweden. But it is getting more and more attention each year, which you can tell by all the pumpkins being sold!

A classic heart
