Julita Julmarknad (Christmas market)

Last weekend mum and I went to a Christmas market in Julita. A lot of handmade stuff and really tasty food and cute and cozy little houses!

A classic heart

This is really a classic picture. I’ve seen a lot of photos like this one. And I can understand why you want a photo like this… It says so much, about the feelings you have for your unborn baby!

What a little cutie!

This little girl wouldn’t let go of her toy cat. You can see a little glimpse of it in one of the photos. She loves cats. She calls everything cat :-)

Look at those teeth!

What a cute hair curl!

Fashion Show

I was invited to a fashion show yesterday. I did a presentation of my self and my company MayaLee Photography. Lena from Nära & Kära (it means Near & Dear in English) with whom I share premises with, showed children’s clothes from her shop.

The women’s clothes was from Modell Madeleine who has a shop on the same street as Lena have her children’s shop and I have my little photo studio. During the fashion show a team from Nina Prenker showed a hair cut and styling and Erika from UNIQ did a make up. The beautiful jewelry shown on the models was from VÅGA.

After the show a few of the companies showed their products and had special offers just for the evening. The women next to my stand sold the most amazing chocolate! If you are in Eskilstuna you must visit BlomsterPralinen, they have so many tasty things in their shop!

Thanks Ann from Modell Madeleine for inviting me!

I know it isn’t Christmas

…yet! But I’m working on a series of Christmas cards. They will be available at my Etsy shop in a couple of weeks. Here are two of them.
Admit it, you are longing for Christmas! Aren’t you? :)

Sunday Walk

On Sunday morning we went for a walk in the autumn sun, looking at leaves and horses.

Fall Favorites [Socks]

One thing that I love about fall is to wear thick homemade socks. This ones my mother-in-law have knitted for me. Laying in bed, reading a book, with warm socks. That is really nice!

Happy Friday!

Bride & Groom

Here is a picture from a wedding that I photographed this summer. Added a little vintage touch to it…

Cute little guy

I’m going through the photos from the summer, sorting and categorizing. I found this cute little guy. Isn’t he adorable?

Waiting

Nine months can go so fast, and sometimes very very slow. Especially when you are waiting… Thanks Anna for letting me show your beautiful belly!

I want to craft! I want to sew a quilt to my daughter Mayas bed, crochet a blanket for the sofa and so on… I will try to take some time to craft this weekend. I have a ton of other things to do… But sometimes you just have to make time!

Isn’t there something very special with women that are pregnant? They are glowing. At least some are… Åsa for sure is glowing!

By the window

This orchid is the first that we manage to get to bloom again. By “we” I mean my hubby… :) This historical moment I felt needed to be documented!

It’s raining...

and its freezing cold outside. Today we are staying indoors, do a bit of cleaning, reading in bed and cozying.
Have a nice weekend!

Goodbye summer…

There are still flowers in our garden. But not for long, this morning it was frost everywhere. I took some photos of the few flowers that survived the cold night.
